Policy Lab Fit4Food2030 at Ingredients Show

National Research & Development Institute for Food Bioresources – IBA Bucharest and the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research will organize during 5-9 october 2020 the 6th Romanian Policy Lab Fit4Food2030 - „Healthy ingredients for a sustainable food system”.
Policy Labs Fit4Food2030 are tools developed within the european project FIT4FOOD2030, Towards FOOD2030 - Future-proofing the European food systems through research&innovation (with the support of Healthy Diet for a Healthy Life JPI), aim to maximize the impact of food research&development&innovation and to achieve a prospective food system, adaptable to future challenges.
Taking this into account, the workshop is set to make collaboration between the stakeholders and the decision-makers in the fields of food, nutrition, health and environment, to analyse the current situation of the entire food chain and to define the changes/ activities/policies to be carried out/implemented in order to transform and to adapt the food system to evolutionary trends and to contribute to a new research strategy for the period 2021-2027.
The Policy Lab Fit4Food2030 - „Healthy ingredients for a sustainable food system” will be held on-line, within the Ingredients Show event organized by RoAliment. The workshop will include daily sessions of dialogue with participants and a final debate on 8th october.
