On 7th of april will take place a roundtable, during the Automation & Testing event, where will be discussed the theme “ How to guarantee safety and quality in the food sector thanks to innovative and sustainable technologies and solution”. The agri-food sector has a key-role in our economic system with a turnover in the italian GPD around 15%. The motivations of this success can be registered in our historical background and in the particular attention for the food production chain.
The entire sector, according to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs Agenda 2030), its proceeding towards a rapid transformation with the aim to find solutions for different tasks:
- enviromental sustenability
- climate change
- production
- waste reduction
- job’s condition
- manifacturing/transformation processes
- products quality
- food storage
