NEXTBITE è l'evento flagship annuale che EIT FOOD organizzerà a Roma (Centro Congressi La Nuvola) il 15 e 16 ottobre. Si tratta di un polo di aggregazione per esperti e stakeholders provenienti da ogni segmento della filiera agroalimentare, per favorire un dialogo trasversale sulle maggiori sfide della transizione verso sistemi alimentari più sostenibili, inclusivi, ed affidabili.

It was on 1 January 2024 when METROFOOD-RI officially entered its "Early Phase Implementation" with the start of the European project, Horizon Europe, METROFOOD-EPI, in order to advance the building process of METROFOOD-RI as infrastructure consolidated for its full implementation and ensure an effective start of the operational phase.
